Well I was at my buddys house tonight...and he brought up paintjobs. Looks like were gonna use the drag bike were building as practice for my bike....just to see how it looks. Weve been talking bout doing a titanium base coat....with a rainbow pearl top coat with some sort of flame design on top. Then of course some more clear. Hes been painting bikes and building custom bikes for about 40 years...so he knows what he is doing....were just not sure how its gonna look...hehe. In reality i think its gonna look freaking hot.

 

Dude, that'll be awesome. It will be a one of a kind. do it. do it. Any kind of time frame you're looking at to paint it??

 

were gonna paint the drag bike in the next couple weeks. Im gonna go check into the paint tommorrow and find a base titanium paint tommorrow hopefully. I told him....if we like the paint job on the drag bike....we should do mine right away as its only gonna take us a couple days. Also hoping to find a place to set up a shop soon. Hell we work on basically all the bikes in town now anyways....might as well open up a shop where we have more room.

oh trust me....once we get it done i will post some pics up. Weve got about 95% of it done now. Were just trying to find some misc pieces. Hopefully in the next month we will have it running and testing.

big18wheeler....it started off as a 1980 kawasaki 550. Its been stripped, lowered and wheelie bars put on. Were doing a custom ignition, air shifter and afew other things. Should be doing low to mid 10's in the quarter. Oh and ill have pics soon
