ya that would work.... two packs of blue ice....

 

Get a helmet wrap TX...Soak it with cool water, and it will last about two hours or so....Get a neck wrap. Put it in the freezer and it will last about half a day...Makes a huge difference. You lnow as well as anyone else, drink plenty of water.....
