wow. it thought this was some kind of joke post.. that sucks, good move for the house though. everything's insanely cheap nowadays... we paid just under 300K for this house back in 00' and we recently got it valued (appraised, whatever) and it was in the high 100's[:@] lame

Hey Mark sorry for the late response on this one, my Internet was down when I woke up this morning, and I just got it back up and running after 11:30 Saturday night.

 

Sorry for what you are going through, its been said that a house fire is right up there with losing a loved one in death. I hope you get back to normal soon.

I got a chance to see the inside of my apartment today. Surprisingly, the fire was finally put out after the unit above us was completely gutted out. I remember seeing the entire floor from the apartment above us on fire thinking there was no way in hell our apartment would be saved. It's unbelievable that so little damage actually happened to my place.

I am currently in search of a house now. I'm still going to be renting though. (At least for now)
