anyone know how or what program i could use to make a poster?
my son had his first race last night and i want to try to make a poster from him.
i was thinking of using a couple of pics and trying to add some logos along the bottom. and to make it even more frustrating im on a MAC.

I only know how to make those motivational posters with nude girls, and with giant *****! I am very limited when it comes to producing posters!:
