Well with a house full of family coming over what was I going to do but smoke some of my infamous pork ribs. Here are a couple of pictures. All I got to say is that there was nothing left over even for the dogs.

Here it is, the best of the best. Man it was sooooooo good. Its funny how quiet the room gets when the food arrives.[8D]

Small fish? Oh you mean the 15 to 20 pounders? Going fishing tomorrow, rivers are blown out, but who knows maybe I'll come home with a couple of river hogs.
