Yes, I posted I wanted to go in the thread that got deleted... This is a great run - I have done it before. I was thinking we would head north from Chicago... so maybe you guys head out this way, spend the night, head north with us, then drop off when we get to Grand Haven, Holland, or Benton Harbor and go back east to Detroit.

 

Sounds like a plan. That will be my first long trip on my bike so I'm gonna need some info on things I need to have with me.

 

fix-a-flat, puncture kit, chain wax, field tool kit, rain suit, clothes, money. Oh... and Ibuprofin.
