Just wondering!
So when I tried on a helmet to buy, it fit well. Tight-but I knew it would stretch out to fit but now that it has stretched out it is too big. It wobbles when I turn my head while I'm riding. I've been told that this isn't supposed to happen, that the helmet is too big.
I was just wondering if there are pads or something that I can put in the helmet so I don't have to buy another one for a while. Resale for helmets isn't that good...

I've worn it a good bit and when I tried it on it was pretty tight. I haven't tried to contact Fulmer but I think I'm going to...they may at the least sell pads or something to make it tighter. The helmet was cheaper than a lot (just about $160 after shipped+taxes, and $150 before) but in my opinion, it's one of the better looking helmets I've seen. I saw it and loved it.. I'd hate to get rid of it, even exchanging it but if I have to do it, then I'll do it.
as long as the helmet is either Snell or DOT or both you have a good helmet no matter the cost...I wear a baclava under my helmet so it makes it a little more snug...plus it absorbs the sweat keepin' the helmet cleaner
It's Snell and DOT approved ;] And it has awesome ventilation.. it's like air blowing in but doesn't get in my eyes and doesn't make my hair hit me or anything. Does anyone else here have long hair they have to tie up to ride? Haha, luckily when I do that it makes my helmet a little tighter :P
ive got long hair too, i use lots of rubber bands

That's gotta be messy.
Anyhow - most helmets are actually 2 shell sizes (in some cases 3) with different thickness padding. They pop out pretty easily, and you should be able to go a size smaller than your helmet in new pads from the manufacturer. Give them a call and go for it that way.

Thanks for the advice! Yeah, I got swamped at work so I haven't been able to call yet but I'm going to soon. And no doughnuts for me, but thanks Worlok;]
How long is DG's hair? Mine would hurt and tangle pretty badly if I rode my bike without a helmet and hair tie. Oh, and it's illegal to not wear a helmet here so I may get a ticket as well...
