working on suck a beautiful day i want to shoot myself for not quitting on the spot and hitting the mountian today

 

in the summer the town i live in quadruples in population due to the toorists, im about to start lane splitting and breaking some mirrors

 

windscreen off

gauge out

6 screws on back of cluster

seperate circut boards

bend tabs in that hold the LCD screen

remove lcd screen

find 6 LED's in half moon shape on the left

find 6 LED's in rectangle shape on right

un sodder 2mm LED's

= <-about the actuall size of leds and there are two contact points one on each side

sodder new leds in place making sure the polaritys are right

replace LCD

bend LCD tabs to hold in place

reconnect circut boards

place in housing

6 screws back in

plug in to harness

test lights

replace windscreen

and the sexyness begins
