Around here, you can rent a 3 bedroom home for about $800-1200 per month. I want two room mates so the payments won't be so much.

Also remember I live in Lincoln, which is a big college town. (UNL) There are always cheap places around here.

 

cool... I hear ya on the roomates. Not easy when you make the strokes alone. I got an apt with my mom and brother and it made it alot easier for all of us. Not to mention I dont have to worry about my shiot getting messed with.

 

didnt mean to sound like a terd, but there are alot of programs avail for 1st time home owners, grants, and such too.

 

Thats ok bro... I just need to clean out my closet b4 I attempt to buy a home.

 

Hey deej i got ya beat, Me and my wife bought a 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, living room, dining room, and a big kitchen not to mention a huge garage for $79,500. The garage is really long, my wife can park her HHR in there andI still have tons of room to work on my bike and stuff....
Plus im only 24, and we also have almost a half acre of land, and there is woods behind us.

nevermind the candy machine.... i took it from my last work.... its was full.... i got like 10$ outta it too.... its just cool to have.....
