Your right it is all in your head. I rolled the R1 for 45,000 miles and it was the best street bike ever.

 

I have a good friend who says liter bikes make the best street bikes. He has had more bikes then I can remember and been rider longer then I have even had my licnese.

 

It's nice to be able to just roll on the gas at 75, she takes off like a bullet and if you need to go nuclear just drop a couple of gears and roll on

 

He was saying liter bikes are like having an automatic car compared to a stick. He uses his R6 and sv650 for track use and the R1 for the street.

a litre ride is like any ride. Rider comfort and control.

 

I wanted to get a 6r at the end of the year. Not sure if I blew my chances of it happening with me sinking $'s into the 10r.

 

Hey Raul what did the ins co say about your bike? I haven't talked to Frank in a couple of days...I'm designing a website for him

 

I havn't heard from then yet. The insurnce people said they don't have an adjuster so they will go off what ever frank says. The big reason I'm hoping its not totaled is I would end up upsidedown on the loan. I wouldn't be able to get another bike for at least 6 or so months . That and I have grown very fond of the 636.
