got it ......I was thinkin that 155,000 for a 4 bedroom in Cali seemed awful cheap

The only house prices I see from cali are on the shows about flipping and such on hgtv/tlc/etc. and they are probably 3-4 times what you would pay for a comparable home around here.So there may be decent priced homes, but I haven't seen any on there.

east tnc is pretty nice , the cost of living is much cheaper than most places but the job market is very differant as well .There are some good jobs around tho

We would usuallykind of follow the coumberland river out of town, and then just get lost inTN, and tryend up around LBL by the end of the day.
