My boss and i have had it in for one another for a while, and today they anounce that there are promoting a developer to be team lead(new supervisor), but the problem is that this person a) never got any training in the technical field so when she started about a year ago i had to train her, then everything she did this other developer and i have always either did for her or just helped her with it, and now she is my boss to.....WTF? the other guy went home early (he was pissed) and i pissed as well talking to the other guy on the team makes it worse because he keeps saying we shoudl just f0cking quit.....

 

I've seen people I've trained get promoted above mebefore. If they're as unqualified as you say she is, just stick around to watch her fail. They always do.

 

Have to see one in person. Might be fun to play with...just not go out on the street with. Funny lookin damn thing though ain't it?

 

Oh, I know that she will fail, that is not my issue, I am pissed that she got promoted, I mean i wanted to quit as soon as i get my masters anyways (provided i had another job already) but **** all i want to do now is finish this month of school and focus on gettting a new job, that way i am free to go on interviews an such.

 

Just kill her in the back room.

 

Then you get promoted. YAY!!!

Talk about really effed up chit, then wait and see if she asks to be transferred. If that fails, then kill her.
