once I start getting some pay checks I would be able to spend more. I just don't want to dump a lot of cash and end up with not much in savings incase some emergency comes up.

I've been so damned busy with all these work orders and studying for the promotion board. On top of that, I've been fixing Gator's that belong to other units. All I charge is 2 cases of near-beer per job.
