I was like OMG are you okay? what happened?

 

she explained that she did it while in the MSF course...

 

my mind is running. I am trying to think how could anyone rip their thumb off in the course?!

 

here is what happened. She dropped the motorcycle and somehow when she put her hand out her thumb went into the spokes of the rear wheel and sheered her thumb almost completely off. it was hanging by the skin.

Luckiliy their was an emergency vehicle onsite so they were able to save her thumb and reattach it. But have you ever heard anything like this? I am still awe struck.

naturally my next question to her was are you still going to ride? The girl is a trooper she said as soon as her thumb heals she will finish the course and ride! She said she did not go through all that for nothing.

 

wow. That is some story. One of my friends is an MSF instuctor. Shes told me some stories of people going down on the bikes in class. They have only had to have one girl taken away by ambulance. I think she broke her arm or somthing when she crashed the bike. I'm thinking if I had an instructor as hot as her i might not have been looking at the cones.

 

i ripped up my finger pretty bad working on od's pegs. they put it back togather with super glue. dope [sm=icon_rock.gif]
