yes wiring does suck.

 

it's all messed up his brother tried to help by installing a universal ignition but he didn't mark what is what took everything apart started messing with other wires and now we are just at a total loss. I think it might be easier to start over and since his bro jacked it up so much...he had good intentions but not too bright sometimes.

 

evil I will have to get back to you because I want to talk to Ira first--he might know which wiring kit he needs. it sucks because that trucks moves when it is running I don't know all the jargon to tell you guys whats what but it is impressive.

I helped to strip the block that was rebuilt by a guy who builds race engines. I will have to take some pics of the truck because I also helped prep it for paint. Lot of hours in that truck.

 

Wish my GF would fix my car with me, but dirt isn't her thing.

 

just shoot me a pm with whatever he wants and ill do some research and get you some $ numbers and all that. i only carry some painless kits so that is why i would like a part number for what kit he wants.

 

I love working in the garage with Ira, when this store takes off my dream is to have a garage that is at least twice the size of my house. My project car is sitting in the backyard right now...and probably will for a while ,its a 1972 MG convertible. It is so cute, perfect body. My husband thinks I should put a 350 in that too, lol we'll see. But I think it would be a fun little car to put around in.

its pretty hard to find parts for that MG isnt it?
