Never got to fly one, I can barely afford to fly the fixed wings, and heloticket wont help my resume much. would love to try them sometime tho. At the very least we have 2 Jetrangers I can take a ride in for free, haven't got around to that either.

Haha, my little bro, was crewcheif on hawks in Iraq, he is switching to fixed wing, He wanted to go for blackhawk pilot, but he doesnt like the whirlygigs anymore. Took him up in a warrior last summer, he had a blast, so did his wife, now they both want their private.

My Instructor is a Blackhawk pilot too, he is part of my inspiration.

 

ive rode in one of those glass two seater choppers with no doors. it was a blast!!

 

at least 200 of my 275 hours are in Warriors, kinda tired of em, but you feel like a racecar driver doing patterns in an Arrow
I really want to take the acro course up here but I need my tailwheel endorsement first and I'd have to stay an extra half semester, but after that I could instruct Acro, so it would be an interesting tradeoff.

little robinson choppers look fun! really reliable and cheap to maintain plus fun to fly. Might be a reality one day.
