i refuse to ride in the snow - i tried that with a mountain bike when i was younger and dumber.
however thanks to the chesapeake bay effect we usually get 1-2 snow falls all year. unfortunately we do tend to get the ocassional black ice from freezing rain. so probably only 2 weeks worth of days out of the year that i definaltey couldn't ride if i wanted to.
