Take a hot shower!

 

Hot shower should work pretty well. Won't be immediate, but you should feel better. If not, at least you will be squeaky clean!

 

also use some icy hot that helps a lil bit too

 

Wow, I went to the chiropractor yesterday and I feel soo damn good. He cracked my back in so many places, popped my hips back in alignment, snapped my neck so that it made a huge cracking noise, and cracked my knuckles.

Yepper! My husband forgot once and went to pee, the rest is too icy to tell! He did it again only it was hot sauce on his hands the 2nd time. I always remember to wash my hands!
