Yeah... I'm getting ready for the promotion board now. There's a new promotion system, so all of the correspondence course answers on disk won't help no more.

Plus I was brigade soldier of the quater before the promotion board...and maxed out PT, marksmanship, etc. The 6 ARCOMS, 4 AAM's, EIB, etc., etc., didn't hurt either. Our points are always lower than everyone else.

I've always been a mechanic in some other field's unit. When I was in Korea, it was an MI unit. When I was in VA, it was a Transportation unit... you know how those units love handing out awards to mechanics.

Hell, I was a BMS as a PV2, and a BMO as a PFC... but when I left, I didn't get so much as an AAM!
