yes, I normally gets nice for a short period, but when the peaches and apricots start blooming, it snows again.

 

that sucks...we miss our fruit trees that we had in our yard in Cali...when we build our house we will have our fruit trees and a garden...

 

Right on, the family had a decent batch of elderberries this year for jams and cough syrup. Enough apples for apple butter for a couple of years...lol I have one top freezer filling up with guinea hens. The geese have not been processed yet since they have great eggs for cooking. But yes, it is nice to have a garden, orchards, etc.

 

we want to build on a minimum of 10 acres...more the better especially for the hell hounds
