Saturday, in the park.

 

Nope...did not go to the park on saturday.

 

I guess that was me, even though it's still snow covered.
Speaking of, we're coming close to breaking the 60-day record of continuous snow cover here.

 

Oh wow....it must suck! everything is wet all the time. jackets, shoes, pants, come into a warm office, garage, home and it just melts. I bet it gets really messy too.

 

Oh, it sucks all right. I usually get at least one January ride day in but not this year. Roads have been bad with icy spots at best since before Christmas. COLD now and more snow on the way this week.

The snowmobilers are loving it.

how about a quad?

 

Used to snowmobile. Last time out was Feb 2012 when I got hit by another machine in the parking lot. Broken femur, life flight ride, titanium nail down the femur. Didn't have much interest after that but ready to get back on one now. My brother was out this weekend.

I will ride a quad and have an old '86 Honda fourtrax 300. This full-time 4wd machine has a top speed of about 30 mph and somewhere around 2 to 3 inches of travel. I call it the ***-whacker. It's currently fitted with a snow plow blade and does great at moving utility and motorcycle trailers from the back yard to the front and v/v.

 

that should do it. 20 mph on the snow in a quad is plenty fast LOL
