I hope everyone had a good turkey day. I'm pretty full right now. I ended up going to a homeless shelter to help make and pass out food then to a friends place for dinner.

 

I love left over the next day !

 

The girls and I are just going to have Thanksgiving dinner all over again tooday. Lot's left over from yesterday!

 

Meeeee tooooo! Just keeps getting better.

The two boys that came over yesterday for dinner will be helping my fam get another 8 birds ready for Sundays processing. So another busy day planned.

 

8 birds? how big are they? you feeding the homeless(track junkies) population?

 

lol, that was good about the homeless track junkies. Costs more than a mortgage.

But processing of 8 birds to put in the freezer. I only do around 8 birds at a time normally. Otherwise the kids and I get bored of it. 3-4lb guinea hens

The geese- these are only 16-20 lbs. I need to cull only 2 of them. And at least one runner duck 3lbs maybe tops

the best thing about turkey day are the left overs!!! we make turkey, dressing, and cranberry sandwiches and then throw them on the panini press...

 

my wife and daugher got me an xbox 360 and 4 games one of which is COD2!!! A wireless setup...they love me
