There are some ways that work a little. Fist thing check to make sure your front wheel weight is still on if it falls off it could cause more vibration. Also you could try getting heavyier bar ends that would help some. Another way that I heard helps a lot. I was going to try it but ended up totaling the bike was get expanding foam and spay some in the clipon's just a little if you do to much it will be a mess to clean up. It will help to absorb some of the vibrations

 

Don't grip the bars so tight... seriously. Loosen it up a little. Let the bike flow...

 

thats like people ive noticed riding off road..... you have to let the bike move..... ease up on it just work with it and let it do what it wants alot... hang on loosely, make a big difference....

 

white knuckle riding is bad mmmmk +1 to the loosen up thang

 

my bike was very buzzy with a light grip it would still numb my hand after an hour or two on the freeway.
