Interesting... Bacon's best though when you can snap it like a twig.

When you bake the bacon do you drain the grease periodically or do you let it simmer in that delicious bacon grease?

now to improve on that, take some bagged hashbrowns. and put them ontop of the bacon before putting it in the oven - follow the rest of the directions.

basicly you have a roll of bacon cheese fries
