Hopkins will be with Kawi next year. [sm=happy046.gif]Hopkins is an awsome rider. [sm=hail.gif]I can't wait to see what he does next year for kawi. It also looks like Kawi will have a satalite team racing next season also. So there could be 4 kawis in on the starting grid. [sm=happybounce.gif]

Maybe we can win a GP race for once with some good riders. Why are we soooo bad in motogp anyway? Is it just the quality of riders? A fewweeks ago there was a kawi rider doing great ( casn't remember name, think he was aussie) until he lowsided into the gravel.
It was either Randy Depunite I can't spell his last name or Anthony West. I think the lack of good riders is was holding back Kawi right now. Plus Hopkins can help out Kawi a lot in better devolping the bike.
Are the bikes in GP completely different to the models we know. BTW, it was Anthony West. I hope we get better with siome better riders. I'm sick of Suzuki winning every race I see in the US, and everyone beats us in GP.
There bikes are in no way the same as the bikes we get. They are all one off bikes. I think the way they are set up now most of the GP bikes are putting around 220ish hp out 800cc. They also have traction controll and all that fun stuff. They reach speeds of over 200 mph. They weight in just under 320 lbs.

Man I have no idea how much it would cost to get one of those bikes. I would think its gota be at least 500k per bike with all the electronics one off parts and carbon fiber.
