A friend of mine that learned to ride a few weeks ago out here in Deej's MSF class found a cool old DS bike, and it only has 600 miles on it. I told her to buy it. Its perfect. Thoughts?

tell her to def go for it. not to mention that its on craigslist so 600 is only asking, she could prob tell em 500 if she wanted to. and being that old/nice it will only go up in value if she dosent wreck it. if i had a few hundred more and it wasnt on the other side of the country i prob would. 80mpg = horay

 

I would pay twice the asking for that bike. Wow!! Old dual sport bikes are the best! Its like a window back into my era.

 

well, from all the time i spend on CL i can tell you that theres 2 things happening here.


1) your gonna get jipped and the bikes just been prettied up, but the engines insides are in deplorable condition.

2) your dealing with a retard, or someone with way to much $.


either way low ball them til they beg for mercy.
