i've been losing weight lately and going through withdrawls, been working out a lot and down to gettin in like 3 beers a week.

Actually, I was on the Atkins diet a few years ago, eating mostly fat, lots of mayo, meat with fat and really anything with protein and fat. I also atebacon everyday and I lost 30 lbs. People think you get fat if you eat things with fat in them, not true. And if you look at anything that says low fat, or light, they take out the fat so they can call it that and put sugar back in to replace the fat where all the taste comes from. So to reiterate, fat good, low fat bad. Case in point my mom has been on a strict low fat diet for 10 years and never loses weight because the sugar turns to fat anyway. Its a conspiracy I tell you. Now if I could only stop putting in french vanilla in my 5 cups of coffee every morning I could probably lose weight, but black coffee is just wrong.
