Sushi is a staple for us crackers except we make our own outta the phish we catch No fancy jap guy in a funny hat. Cervichi is best thou....learned that from the Cubans.

But really goot is oysters and mud bugs from New Orleans.





But if ya want heavy manly food....break out the smoker and smoke up some venison steak, sausages and bison burgers for some real cracker chilie.

Smoke meat first.



Put meat in big pot with the veggies.



Go ride dirt bike in the beach sand dunes for four hours, drink beerand chow down.

Sushi? Now that's just nasty, and this is coming from a guy that will eat anything. I even once ate Steelhead eggs soaked in Saki and soy sauce.[:'(]

 

I'm not suprised, I always figured you to be the rocky mountain oyster type.
