i was just wondering, do any of you guys/girls get together and do any riding? or just meet somewhere localy and check out the rides? if not, i think this would be fun. should try and organize one in the bay area. and likewise for those in other areas. just a thought...

Funny enough, the guys I play racquetball with also ride on saturdays. Since I've gotten my bike though, I haven't been able to join them cause I started a part time weekend job too

 

I know what you mean. my wife just had a baby three months ago and i spend most of my time lately helping her outon the weekends. we have an eighteen month old too. kids can take all your time.

 

Two under the age of two?!?!?!! That is crazy, I don't know how you do it! I have one that is three and a half now and let me tell you, I can barely keep up with her. I couldn't imagine having two. Glad to hear that you're helping out though

 

Luckily, I'm still a baby myself ...we have organized rides. Well Tuesday nights we meet at this movie theater called Tinseltown...then we all ride to Coyotes, which is a resturant. Then on Thursdays, we meet at Tinsletown and ride to Apple Bess at the beach. Coyotes and Apple Bees gives us discounts and stuff b/c there's like 100 or more of us that come on these nights. Then on Saturdays at 1 we meet at Tinsletown and decide on a ride and we all ride together. But that's really kinda locally. So anyone who rides a bike knows we're going to meet up there and they should just show up if they want to ride

 

That sounds really cool. hope i can find something like that here in my area. with three days a week you have your pick of one or all three nights to ride.

 

Hey Tattoozit, Well I live in Brentwood but I always find myself in the tri valley or beach areas riding. Always looking for new riders to hang with and I will have time this weekend to ride if anyone's free.
