One thing that makes winter a bit more enjoyable is kids (that is, if you have them). I have a three year old so we spent the weekend sliding and skating. It made the weekend go by pretty quick. Another thing that I find fun is snowmobiling, we've got a pretty awesome trail system here. Other than that, I hate winter.
