In Nebraska, I think you could have had your license revoked right on the spot for speeding as fast as you were doing. I wouldn't complain too much about the fact you still have a license.

 

Im just pissed at the amount. i could care less about my record ive only had 1 ticket my whole life. everyone that owns a bike speeds end of story. I am thankful i know i couldve gone to jail but my record speaks for itself. oh well my bike has some minor issues ill let it sit for awhile. what sucks even more is work is so slow they took away all overtime. no more than 40hrs a week.

Bro has already taken it twice, I believe. 96 in a 55, and an 85 in a 70. He tried to run and was almost taken to jail. The officer decided to be nice and not give him "evading an officer" after he told my brother to call someone and let them know to pay his bail. He called mom, who wanted to talk to the officer and said for the officer to take him. Let my brother off with just a speeding ticket.

Had one speeding ticket so far, and it was more than I was actually going, he wanted to do 17 over, I was doing 10, he reduced to 14. It was a $30 ticket or something, so I didn't mess with it. I drive with a radar detector and make sure it's actually on now.

In their opinion, speeding is speeding, if you do it for a few seconds or an hour. I also figure they're getting you back for all the other times you were speeding and they never caught you.

No helmet or insurance law here, but I still have them.

 

They'll get me eventually, I'll just consider it paying my dues.

 

Thats why I was knid of pissed about my wife getting a ticket in her SUV, we're supposed to save up for tickets on the bike!
