Default Feeling a little ignored in the 250 forum

So, I'll post here......So all of us who ride the 250 have heard this somewhere along the lines " Aw look at that little pea shooter..Weinie bike, BLAH BLAH BLAH. I, for one would like to dispute the rumors. I ride with a katana 750 and a roadstar warrior. I keep right up with the Kat and blow the warrior away in turns. I topped speed so far at 120 but I only have 1600 miles on my ninja. They both called it a weinie bike and a peashooter But, Not Anymore !!!!! LOL What's your top speed and opinion on these underrated little rockets? [sm=bs.gif][sm=wtf.gif]

Yeah, hang with us. We welcome all who ride (a kaw)

As for the speed, my 250 pretty much topped out at 120. It felt a little shaky at that speed. But how often are you going to be at 120!?![8D] All the fun is in the turns.

People should give you respect because you are on two wheels just like they are. There is always a disagreement. Examples:

Harley people don't like the import cruisers, cruisers (import or harley) don't like sportbikes. 1000cc bikers look down on 600cc bikers. (THIS IS NOT TRUE FOR ALL BIKERS THOUGH)

But I get mad cause like I said before, when I ride I give everyone thumbs up on bikes because we all have something in common. We are enjoying and risking and whatever you do on our bikes.

I agree with you there littledevil. I could care less what someone is on, if they are on 2 wheels, I wave. ( I waved at some kid on a scooter the other day - he didn't know what to think!)
