Ok, maybe not a redneck. But he is definitely a hick. So anywho, this dude converted his Ford F-250 into a wood burning truck. He claims it get a gasoline equivalent close to 100 mpg. Crazy things people do to avoid paying for gas.

He just wants something to crank on I guess. I am going to stick to gas for a while, I think my 14 would ping really bad on wood flue gas or steam........?

no, see... a kedneck would of put the wood under a tank and boiled swater to power the steam engine.

hes just some smart *** that decided he was to good for the gas crisis[8D]

Yea about that, maybe it would work in the city where grease and oil is plentiful, but here in a one stop light town there is no product. I can see it now, everyone turns thier vehicle into a wood burning vehicle and we deforest the planet in like 5 years and it turns into a hot global middle east. Yea that's the ticket......NOT!!!!!!!!!!!![8D]

atcually...... a 60mpg diesil jetta, and all the grease from the chicken machine traps at don's and habbibs.. place i work and their rival i could cruise for free[sm=happy046.gif] but the first time you take a road trip...
