After looking at his profile - I now have to say you only have yourself to blame. Regardless of what his volume and score is (97.4%), look at the number of negative feedbacks just int he last month: 21. I would never, EVER conduct business with someone who had that much bad feedback in such a short period of time. Perusing through his feedback - you are also far from the first person to receive damaged shipments - and many report never receiving them at all. Buyer beware, and common sense goes a long way.

 

Have to say you are very wrong srobak; that is for sure cause by crap packaging. Looked as if the box had been used5 times, it was just improperly packaged. The item was possibly damaged before he even shipped it. That is a scam too, people ship damaged goods and use crap packaging methods and then blame the carrier.

Most damages occur form improper packaging.

On another note, you are so correct about him notever buying from that seller in the first place. Buyer beware!

 

If you paid with paypal dispute the item and they will almost always return your money (they favor the buyer), and send the package back to the dick that sold it to you. Then you are at least only out the cost of return shipping and learned a valuable lesson...always check feedback on ebay....even though thats no gaurantee either. Sorry about the parts though.

I've had several disputes with deadbeat sellers before wising up. I'm glad I had paypal on my side or else I would have been out of luck.
