Default Do Not Order From This Ebayer (help needed)

Do Not Order from this ebay member: stuntme

So I ordered the cowling for my ninja last month and it arrived yesterday. here it is...

http://i162.photobucket.com/albums/t274/Niuman/P1010012.jpg

This is exactly how it arrived on my door. I contacted the seller and they told me to file a claim with the shipping company.
I payed 250+60 for shipping and the insurance company told me the item was only insured for 200 dollars. I am furious and am not sure where else to go... I re emailed the seller letting them know that the claim was on the way, but if they dont work with me to get me a full refund they will be hearing from my lawyer.
Soif you could do your part in spreading this to all motorcycle forums you visit I would appreciate it.
The seller on ebay was: stuntme
They have a website: www.stuntme.com
Thanks

Was it damaged before shipped or by the carrier?

The DHL claims woman said that the DHL facility flagged my tracking number with a notice saying that the package appeared to be damaged when it was dropped off at the DHL facility buy the seller.

Wow! That's terrible.[:@]

I've seen some bad shippingpackages before, but that is really bad. I'd say both the carrier and shipper are partially to blame. The shipper did a crappy job packaging it up to avoid damage, and the carrier probably caused the rest.

Ever watch the first Ace Ventura: Pet Detective? That's what your package reminded me of- the UPS guy must have kicked the S* out of it! [:@] Hope you get your situation resolved.

DHL is known to pull that **** after they screw up. File the claim with them. Ask to see the logs of when it was shipped - if the timestamp for the initial shipping order is different than when the damage was logged - then it's one of DHL's tricks again. Sorry, but I'd have to say your complaint lies with the carrier, and not the seller. File a claim with them - they have insurance.
