Deliverance, what a drama! I've watched this movie many time and still find it very powerful. It's playing right now on cable tv (CMTV).
I have always liked the theme song to this movie even though most of the time, I am a metal head. I can even play it on my guitar and banjo.
For those members that live in West Virginia, are there really people like that in those mountains?

The only part I didnt like was the squeel like a pig scene, man that was freaky. I had never heard of a gay hillbilly before that scene. Surely there are no gay hillbillies, are there?

 

no not really,,,, they dont take gay to likely around here,, and besides deliverance was filmed in Georgia lol... so maybe down there they do.. as far as nasty *** hillbillys yeah we have them.. just hang out in my town on the 1st and they all come out of the woodwork lol

sorry but that movie sucked, there is all this hype behind it... so i figured id watch it and see what it was all about...... horrible movie.....

Well, you know abaout those opionions, but I thought it was a cool movie except for the pig squeeling scene, that freaked me out.

 

Been to WVU many times last year visiting my g/f and didn't see too many. But I wouldn't want to hang out at Cheate Lake at night though. Some roads look great to ride on......zing!
