ok so i know we're still in november.... and i know thanksgiving hasn't passed yet... so why the hell is one of our local radio stations playing all day christmas music.... isn't alittle too early for that? i mean come on... all the stores in the mall already have their christmas decorations up and everything.... so is it me or is the christmas season starting in september now... WTF....[:'(]

 

Hell yea I hear ya bro we were eating at Whienersnitzal yesterday and they were playing all xmas music.

 

I totaly agree with you both. I went to Walmart toward the end of Oct and they had Christmas stuff up. It started way to early this year if you ask me. Well can't really relate to you on the music on the radio. Since i ride the bike every where i go. lol

 

People around here have been getting into the Christmas spirit a bit earlier too! Actually there is a group here that are trying to persuade people to not decorate for x-mas until after November 11 (Remembrance Day here, Veterans Day for most of you guys) They feel that the x-mas cheer takes away from the meaning of Remembrance Day. I agree with them.

Besides, I hate seeing/hearing x-mas too early - it stresses me out, since I'm one of those last minute shoppers

 

I was walking through the Mall the other day and they had Santa's house set up!!!!!! [] Aren't we jumpin the gun a little here????

 

you know i love xmas music on the day of xmas... but when your in the mall for a few hours and thats all you hear, it really takes the fun out of it.... specially when it's only the second week of november.... i know having the music early is supposed to put you in the xmas mood... but for some people it has an opposite affect.... and that sux.....[&o]

 

Gotta get people started on the spending money thing!! I hate how Christmas is so commercial! And I used to like the Christmas music, but not in Oct!! By the time Christamas actually gets here I'm so over it!!!! Thank God for CD's!!!!!!!!!!
