im doing a texas style brisket on super bowl. also patatos, hot doggs and carne asada. and what ever else will fit in there....lol

does'nt matter i marinate for 24 hours in speacial brine then smoke over hickry chips for atleast 8 hours. the food coma will be so bad you wont care whos playing...lol
