Flipping the channels, I came across Billy giving a speach to a philantropist society, and he basically said global warming is a problem today because women are stupid. In a nutshell he said that the world's population will increase from 6 billion to 9 billion in the next 50 years and to stop global warming we must first control the population growth so we wont need to use as many resourses to support them. And to do that the philantropists need to donate to charities to educate women and that will get them out of the house and into the workplacewherethey wont make so many babies...

It was on CSPAN last night and I beleive it was a speach given in Little Rock on 10/22/07

so did I. (it's been several years ago) But I still don't come up with some of the ridiculas stuff that he does.

 

yeah it is because women are not working that they are havign babies... yeah that makes sense, it has nothing to do with the fact that people like sex.

 

Bill isjust upset because there will be too many women and not enough time.
