dam that sucks man. noone touches my bike period. i wouldnt tell the ins company theres no reason to. have him fix the bike and your done.

Its going to cost a lot more in the long run to get the insurnce company involved. Just have your bro buy new stuff and slap him around a bit.

thats what we are thinking about doing. we are wieghing out the options right now. the deductable is 500 bucks and i dont htink there is even 500 bucks worth of damage. so we might not even go through witht he claim

make him work for you at the pizza place and give you his pay till he paid you back. Then at least he will get some $$$ with tax returns.

My rule...you have to have a bike that I wouldn't mind riding for a while to ride my bike. That way I can still ride while theyre getting mine fixed.

I'm still waiting for the b*tch that recked my bike to buy the rest of my replacement parts. They always say they'll take care of it right away, until the excuses start rolling in.
