Default Bicycle Cops

Do you guys have police officers on bicycles where you live. Arent those just the saddest looking bunch of buggers? You know there whole family were cops their dad was a cop, their grandpa was a cop. I have actually seen them pull people over downtown. What kind of *** do you have to be to get pulled over by a BIKE cop? Just some random thought.

We have bicycle cops here where I live, but even more degrading are the moped partol we have. The local police department here put the officers on the scooters that are close to 300lb men on these and they look so stupid. I have not seen them pull people over before, but I would just shoot myself if they ever got in behind me and tried to do so.

Moped patrol? Seriously? That is hilarious

We didn't even have motorcycle cops for years, but they brought them back this year. I have thoght I was busted for doing a little over on my bike, but they usually just wave, they nail the cages bigtime though.

The really sad part is that some of the local officers that ride have talked to a Harley dealership and they have a program that would give the city two motorcycles to use on patrol. If I could get some pictures I would post them, but seeing as they only use them in the summer the scooters are in storage.

hehe... pedal-biker cops..

they love to think they're badass. one of em gave me and my one buddy a rack of crap for sitting at a red light with our visors up, in the middle of the summer. pulled right in front of us so we were kinda trapped. i woulda clutched a gangsta wheelie up over him tho...lol..

what a tool..

i've heard rumors of a Busa and a shared R1 for the state and county boys here in maryland. i guess the R1 will bounce between the county and state boys. ( ? ) i dunno. i haven't seen anything odd but a K1150 RT or whatever it was.

I saw that Busa cop on tv...pretty cool job.

Guy: What do you do man?
Busacop: I ride a hayabusa for the state.

It would be f'in hilarious to be that guy

Well, look at the bright-side, at least they're not sitting in a Crown Victoria blasting the A/C and wasting city money on overpriced fuel. Anyway, some of the cops downtown here ride those segway things, (two wheeled electric standing scooter) whats funny is they cant exceed speeds of 5 M.P.H.
