Pulled my second week of horseradish plants. Last weeks was abit on the runny side, did not have the heat and therefore was a good everybody side dish (my processing issue). Tried things differently this week, my eyes are fully aware of the product today. Woooooeeee, we be hot now. The scalp will be sweating in no time!!!! Maybe why everyone in the house is sick and I am not since I am the only "****e" lover in the house. dunno

Worsheshire sauce (abt 10 dots)
Tobasco sauce (lots)
salt
pepper
