i ask because i never really see anyone else on here past 2am[&:]

 

Every now and then I get depressing bouts of insomnia, butI usually spend my late waking hours reading.

 

nope can fall a sleep any time any where if i want to...

 

Lately I have been fine. But I was in real bad not long ago, where u just sit there your not really sleeping, but your not really awake. you dont move you just stay still yet you know everything that goes on around you. I hate when I get like that, sleeping pills or nothing can get you asleep.

 

If I ever can't sleep, I just get on the bike for a while - maybe as little as 20 minutes. That's all it takes... I come home, wind down in about 15 minutes, and crash good. I sleep very soundly until the next day.

I used to be like that when I was in Korea.

 

damn, didnt know if effected so many people...

personally, i'll sleep for 2-3 hours a day for 3-4days then just passout on the 5th and sleep for around 14-15hrs. i could take meds, but i atcually really like the system.

 

Mine is bad. I am not sure why I have it, maybe worrying about work/wife/kids/school, or my psych prof. thinks I have PTSD. I just want to sleep. Ambion doesn't even work for me

 

ambien will prob work for me... i just dont wanna waste my time tryin it[8D]

and ive had it my whole life, something with brain chemicals and chit.. to much or to litttle. same with depression and anger, can never get any of em right[8D]


btw, whats ptsd?
