All right that does it .... I'm going mac..... how are the laptops and what should I look for.....USED if possible.

 

I'm using an older dual G5 powermac I bought a few years ago, it's three or four years old I think, still running great. The new macs look really good. If you want a laptop, I'd probably go for a basic MacBook. If there's an Apple Store nearby you, definitely pay them a visit - they'll have all the different models out on display so you can drive them. They have internet in the stores too so you should even be able to get onto KF and try it out.
