Default Anti-Scooter Movement

Ok, So when I ride around town- usually to school and back... I always nod my helmet or throw up a salute to fellow 2wheelers regardless of make/model ... Harley's, Choppers, Sport Bikes, Duals, etc. I know that they are enjoying their ridingas much as I do- and its good to acknowledge fellow riders. But by far the #1 type of haters out there ridescooters! Everytime I salute or nod, they snub. So, I stopped saluting andnodding to the Scoot's- By accident, Ido it again to another scooter (I thoughtit was anR6)... Anyway, Guy friggin looked at me like I was crazy!

So, enough! Idone with the peoplein my town on scooters!I know not all are like that- and I don't want to offend anyone, but I don't want to get the big snub anymore[sm=noooo.gif]

Scooter-only riders are a different breed and everyone looks at them for one reason or another....them and their vespas.

I dont think scooter riders really get into the 2 wheel lifestyle, and dont really consider themselves part of the family. But if you find someone who lives the life and rides a scooter, they are cool with me.

lol! Funny post.

I think having a scooter would be a lot of fun, and the larger 400+cc scooters look pretty comfy.

If you were 86+ yrs old, I don't think riding on the sidewalk would surprise anyone.
