he was a 33 year old frat boy that needs to grow up he came to wokr about 3 weeks ago wanting to work. I did NTO(new team membeer oritation)with him and i knew from the get go he was a piece of sh*t. On the app he put any on every spot we had him closing a few nights a week. he only closed 2 nights out of 5 that he was scheduled. and he dint want to work saturday cuz " i need a night so i can party"
