Just seeing what everone is up too...I hate crowds so I'm just riding around between the two bikes,bar-b-q-in movies,beer,Chill-ax-in

 

Mid-high 90's in SW Ohio. VERY humid; not my kind of riding weather, for sure. Rode the bike to work yesterday (as usual) and it was like riding in warm Jell-o. No big holiday plans. I like it that way. May cut a tad more firewood. Otherwise, I'll let the Darwins fight it out on the highways...thanks.

I am on call so I need to stick around.

Cut in the remaining portion of the circular drive at the house on Friday, and unloaded my shop beams here at the new pad.

Placed a new 75 gal hot water heater yesterday at Taco Bell. yee ha! But it pays the bills and without the only Taco Bell in operation in town because of no hot water....not a good sign for a Labor Day Weekend.

Put in an enclosed guinea hen coup today.

Lets see what tomorrow brings!

What the tomorrow brought me.....

Found out that my other house was broken into sometime during my absence.

The wife, oldest daughter and youngest boy are bringing back the guinea hens and some more kitchen stuff using grandma's dodge pu. (hate the mileage on that thing, but with the excursion being down at the moment....we had to ask)

Congrats to my oldest daughter in her new Nursing job here in Elko. So yes, we moving her stuff over here as well.

In the meantime, I was placing/prepping a 10.5klb electric winch onto the 5 ton today.

 

I did a float trip to Noel, MO. Lots of fun. Drank just a lil bit (Rarely drink anyways). Went with 17 other friends and family. Had my truck and truck tent with me. Wish I had a bike carrier so i could take my KLX there since I cant drive my truck with the tent in the back. Would be nice to use it to go up to the bathrooms and showers or jaunt to the store.

 

Took the dirt bike (KLX) out and got muddy and a flat.... got it fixed last night though.

the bottom bracket that mounts the cooling fan to the radiator broke. I never noticed and it finally rubbed a hole in my radiator. i have the radiator out and getting it welded at a shop right now. this happened four days before my wedding, i havent rode in almost a month
