12 gauge from hell!
I cannot imagine how much a gun with this ammo would kick. I am not afraid to try anything but this round would worry me!
It is called the 12GA From Hell--A long brass 12ga case
we made by putting a 12ga size rim on BMG brass and
straightening case out. Rob and John on AR put theirs
in big Borchardt falling block actions and I put mine in
a Savage 210 bolt action shotgun with heavy barrel and stock.
I got a 730 gr Dixie terminator lead slugout at 2700 fps,
and 3/4 oz Barnes saboted slug out at 3900 fps. Here is
picture of the case next to regular plastic shell, which can
be fired in the chambers of our guns.

what kind of range and grouping could you expect and "real" damage done to target?
a friend of mine out in Spokane, WA cut 30 lb of road kill in half @ a half mile with a barrett 50.... took three rounds to get on target but that 3rd one was perfect.

Most 12ga slugs are only accurate to around 60 yards, maybe a little farther depending on the type of barrel used , slick bore or rifled. My best guess is that this round would be accurate out to 130 to 150 yards at best. The guy shooting the round would probably fly backwards around 5 yards minimum, and would need a trip to the chyropracter soon thereafter.
I would guess 3-4 inch grouping at that range with a rifled barrel.
