so i live in minnesota.... i got pulled over on my dirtbike and my friend was on a ATV.... i was stuck....very badly.... we were in the ditch then the cops bitched us out.... anyway...he said it was illegal to ride a dirtbike anywhere in MN cept for private land...and the ditches were closed till like october.... so they impounded them and gave me probation... anyway.... what is legal and not legal in that whole situation... i got a quad now and a law just passed that we can drive them in town... so maybe the atv laws got a little better maybe i just need some legal advice of where to drive and where not to drive

 

being from cali i could'nt tell ya but a trip to the local libary will. you wanna find out the correct info on laws not here say from some yahoos on the internet. imo[8D]
