numb hands after riding my 06 KLX250S
I noticed my hands getting numb after riding my 06 KLX250S more than 30 minutes. I've tried keeping a loose grip on the handlebars, that didn't help.
I'm now wondering if I should change the grips and replace the knobby tire with a tire more suitable for the road like a 70/30 or even an 80/20. I also thought of Grip Puppies but will need to remove the hand guards, not a big lose for my riding style.
My KLX250s is set up more like a small ADV bike and I'll spend more time on black top than hard packed dirt roads when trying to find the dirt roads. This bike will be setup for riding hard packed dirt town roads and the like.
For those dealing with hand numbness, what has worked well for you?

Possibly see if handlebar end weights can be had. Another possibility that may work like bar end weights would be to get a set of hand guards, those with metal bars that clamp in toward the center and bolt into the end. Grips may help
